This Sunday’s style, Emerson Fry. A local east coast label which I discovered a few years back. EF offers everyday basics with a modern feel. She does a nice job balancing trendy with classic. A playful tee paired with denim or the black fringe dress styled with a white boot are two nice examples of tasteful spins with current trends.
Emerson Fry is easy to wear. Pieces can easily fold into any wardrobe. I see this label as an on point neutral. A safe buy with an affordable price tag. I love that her style seems ageless and approachable. She could reach a broader market with more diverse (age and body type) models.
Emerson Fry started in 2009 by Emerson Bethany Fry. I appreciate that all pieces are made in the USA with the exception of the India Collection which are made in India using heirloom printing and dye techniques.
EF is another independent designer to consider when you are hunting for a fresh piece to add to your closet. Emerson Fry
Paris Fashion week could be one of isostilo’s favorite of the fashion weeks as far as street style is concerned. No rules applied! Pulling out all the stops and not holding back. Women flaunting their style. Personal style is delivered from bold to muted colors, oversized statement pieces, eye-catching ruffles, elongated sleeves, big cuffs, and layers of pleats. All the shades of green are hard to ignore. The knee socks and sneakers have me heading straight to Nike.
The range of fashion is great, wide, and unique. Everything you hope for with fashion week. I am a big fan of women blending feminine and masculine silhouettes. I love the longer skirt hems, fuller trousers at any length, the variety of footwear, to the statement accessories. Nothing is boring and the most subtle of styles is defiantly never not considered! The last image is my favorite. The 80’s influenced Vetements jacket is so flipping street chic cool especially paired with this ensemble. The skirt and red belt with a clip attachment is simply perfection. Sign me up for the whole look minus the heels (sneakerhead here).
